Questions

How does billing work?

Payments run through Whop. Pick a plan here while signed in, choose the server it's for, and Whop handles the checkout and receipts. Memory never sees your card details.

How do I cancel?

Open this page while signed in with the server selected and follow "Manage or cancel it in Whop", or cancel the membership from your Whop account at any time. When it ends, the server goes back to the Free limits; nothing is deleted except memories older than Free's 14-day window.

What is a credit?

Each AI request uses 1 credit: an answer, a catch-up, a scheduled summary, a check that spots questions, a batch Memory summarizes, or a search through the API or MCP. The dashboard's Usage page shows today's credits against the limit.

What happens at a limit?

When today's credits run out, Memory posts a short limit notice instead of an answer, and answers and summaries resume at 00:00 UTC. At the channel limit, /enable asks you to disable a channel or upgrade.

How long are memories kept?

14 days on Free, 90 days on Starter and one year on Pro. Older memories expire on the next cleanup, and /forget confirm:True deletes everything for the server at once.

Is a plan per server or per person?

Per Discord server. Each server you manage has its own plan, channels and usage.

Try it on one channel today. It's free, and you can upgrade when the server needs more.
